CadenceSoft started with a simple observation at a family-owned CrossFit affiliate: the data that predicts a cancellation was already sitting in the gym's own software. Nobody was listening to it.
CadenceSoft was founded by Justin Onstot, a data engineer and database administrator with more than 25 years in IT. When his sister — a gym owner and coach — described how members would seem fine one month and be gone the next, he looked at her systems and found the story hiding in plain sight: check-in frequency drifting down, workout logging going quiet, weeks before anyone canceled.
GymPulse is that insight, productized: enterprise-grade analytics discipline applied to the two systems most functional-fitness gyms already run, delivered in a format an owner can act on before coffee gets cold.
GymPulse runs live at our founding pilot — a CrossFit affiliate with roughly 170 active members, on PushPress and SugarWOD since 2013. Its very first report surfaced $2,635/month in at-risk memberships and 17 high-risk members nobody had noticed yet.
